Your kitchen is about to smell incredible 🍎

Hi Reader,

Fall has officially arrived, and I couldn't be happier about it. The crisp air, the changing leaves, and a reason to make all of my favourite cozy recipes!

I missed last week's newsletter (sorry!), but I'm back with two recipes that have been on repeat in my house lately: my go-to Spiced Apple Cider (that makes the whole kitchen smell incredible), and an Apple Pecan Crisp that's basically autumn in dessert form.

You'll find both apple recipes below. I'd love to know if you give them a try! I also have a new short video for the Apple Cider that you can check out below, let me know if you like it!

Have a wonderful week, and thanks for being here!

A hand holding a crisp plain potato chip topped with a piece of smoked salmon, a dollop of creme fraiche, and a fresh chive.

Hi Reader, As we get ready to welcome the new year, I wanted to share two easy little treats you can make for New Year’s Eve. The sparkling cranberry punch is festive, refreshing, and alcohol-free. You can make most of it ahead of time, just wait to add the ginger ale until you’re ready to serve. And the potato chip canapés are one of my favourite low-effort appetizers: crisp, salty chips topped with smoked salmon, a little creaminess, and fresh herbs. I imagine they’d be good with champagne,...

A clear glass of frothy eggless eggnog on a fancy coaster.

Usually, it's tea that gets me through the workday, but now that I'm taking some time off (FINALLY!), all I want are warm holiday beverages. This week I’m sharing two of my go-to holiday drinks:eggless eggnog (which is non-alcoholic) and my spiced hot chocolate. The eggnog is creamy and lightly spiced without being too sweet, and it comes together in just a few minutes. I love to drink this warm, but it's great cold, too. The hot...
