Trinidadian sweet bread is a baked loaf studded with candied cherries, mixed peel, raisins and currants.

Cassava Pone

Cassava pone is a sweet dense baked dessert made with grated cassava and grated coconut.

Sorrel Drink

Sorrel drink is a tangy refreshing beverage infused with warm spices often served at Christmastime in several parts of the Caribbean.
