Chocolate Shortbread Cookies

These chocolate shortbread cookies bring a delicious chocolatey twist to classic buttery shortbread. With just 7 ingredients, this easy shortbread recipe will be a welcome addition to your holiday baking.

German Gingerbread Cookies

My friend Janice from The Bake School has a really interesting gingerbread cookie recipe that is sweetened with honey instead of molasses. The cookies are also flavoured with a little cocoa powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, anise, cardamom, pepper, and cloves!
